CAN ALL ITEMS BE PERSONALISED?
​Yes, where possible. Obviously due to the size of some items the amount of personalisation is restricted but every effort is made to accommodate your requirements.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
This depends on the volume and complexity of the design. For individual items at least 14 days notice is required. For large Volumes and large bespoke items a minimum of 21 days is preferred.
Please note that during peak times such as Valentines, Easter and Christmas, a longer turnover time may be required.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Local collection can be arranged in prior advance.
ARE ITEMS GIFT WRAPPED?
Items as a rule will not be gift wrapped unless specifically requested. There will be an additional charge added for gift wrapping, which will be agreed prior.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No. Most of our hand crafted items are individual and one-off gifts so no minimum or maximum order is required.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can placed via email justbeenkissed@outlook.com, through our online shop. We will however take orders via social media channels but we don't always get to see these. If you have placed an order and not heard from us within 24 hours please use our email.
